Used the xaudio_hrtf_2.3_圆4.7z (with the additional hrtf folder isntead of only DLL) instead > crash appeared still - so it is NOT the OS language causing this directly Started skyrim clean without any other mods, only this DLL
Because of some other issue - changed the windows OS language to deDE (my steam is on German, but I had OS language on enUS), change required windows logout+login Installed the Skyrim fix (contains only dll, x3daudio1_7_skyrim_vr_fix.7z) from the 2.3 release, also had installed a ton of mods Just consider this anecdotical, in case it gives a hint, what could cause this: I did have this issue, But I am unfortunately unable to reproduce the exact circumstances when it happens.
